Discover the Champagne region and its vineyards on a guided electric bike tour from Reims!
A la française Champagne takes you by electric bike through the magnificent Champagne hillsides classified as a UNESCO heritage site to discover the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, the picturesque village of Hautvillers, the cradle of Champagne, and incredible landscapes of historic and famous vineyards.
During this day, you will visit and taste Champagne at an independent winegrower's to discover and taste his production of Champagne as well as a well deserved lunch break in a Champagne house where you will discover regional specialities accompanied by local wines and champagnes.
Departing from Reims at 9am, from Epernay at 9.45am or directly from the Clos Corbier in Mareuil sur Ay, discover the Champagne region and live the Champagne experience in a playful, sporty and original way!
Meet your local guide from Reims, Epernay or directly in Mareuil-sur-Ay:
- 9:00 am (FROM REIMS): meet your local guide and expert outside the Reims Centre Station, opposite the tourist office. If you are arriving by train, when you get off the train, head for the REIMS CENTRE exit. Drive towards Epernay, the capital of Champagne and discover the specificities of the region and its terroir.
- 9.45am (FROM EPERNAY): Meet your local guide at the intersection of Avenue de Champagne and Rue Jean Chandon Moët. Pass through the famous Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, where several prestigious Champagne Houses are located.
- 9:45 am (IN MAREUIL-SUR-AY): meet your guide at Clos Corbier, 5 Boulevard Nicolas François Billecart, 51160 Mareuil-sur-Ay.
